Butternut Squash Vegan Cheese Sauce

Butternut Squash Vegan Cheese Sauce

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 8 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 c butternut squash puree, canned or fresh

  • 1 c nutritional yeast

  • 1 c unsweetened milk of choice

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add squash puree, nutritional yeast, unsweetened milk & garlic into a high speed blender.

  2. Blend on medium to medium high to create one smooth textured sauce. Blend for 3-5 minutes.

  3. Salt & pepper to taste.

  4. Store in an airtight container for 7-10 days in the refrigerator.
